I have diligently invested the last couple of decades in various meditation and mindfulness practices to get to know myself, self-regulate, and live peacefully. The spiritual teachers who have most influenced my thinking and being are George Gurdjieff, Thích Nhất Hạnh, and Paramahansa Yogananda.

Love for the outdoors took me over five months to hike 1,800 miles on the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT). As well, hiked 211 miles of the John Muir Trail (JMT).

As a volunteer, I co-organized an event with 750 attendees and 18 TEDx Solan events through corporate sponsorships, major gifts, and event ticket sales.
