Integration Coaching for Ketamine Treatment
In partnership with Mind Body Centers: Gilbert, Arizona, and Burnsville, Minnesota.
Yeshua, Psychedelic Guide, facilitating thousands of integration sessions over the years
A welcome from Yeshua.
Hello.
I am Yeshua Adonai, a psychedelic guide, integration coach, and Marine Corps combat veteran. I am the formal integration coaching partner of Mind Body Centers, a ketamine clinic in Gilbert, Arizona, with a sister location in Burnsville, Minnesota.
If a postcard brought you here, you are probably receiving ketamine treatment, considering it, or thinking about it for someone you love. This page is for you.
A ketamine infusion can take hours, between the chair, the medicine, and the careful work of the clinical team around it. The integration takes far longer. For roughly one to four weeks after a treatment, the brain is more open to forming new patterns than it has been in years. Those weeks are critical.
What you do with that window, and who walks it with you, is what turns a treatment into a transformation.
That is the work I do.
At a glance.
The work. Integration coaching sessions by Zoom, built around your ketamine treatments rather than on a fixed schedule. After each session you receive a written Inner Snapshot in your own words, a custom integration plan, and access to Homecoming, a HIPAA-compliant platform where everything we build together lives.
The pricing. $175 per single session, or $1,000 for a six-session seasonal package. A 10% Hero Discount is available for veterans, active military, first responders, parallel to the Hero Discount Mind Body Centers offers on infusions. As a Marine combat veteran, this discount matters to me personally. If cost is the only thing standing between you and the work, mention it on the Discovery Call.
Who I work with. Executives, founders, and senior leaders at the threshold of what is next. High-functioning professionals carrying quiet exhaustion that does not show up on a performance review. People in midlife reckoning, walking a major life threshold like diagnosis or divorce, or doing relational repair as a couple. Veterans, first responders, healthcare workers, and those living with treatment-resistant depression, severe anxiety, complex trauma, chronic pain, or persistent suicidal thinking. I also facilitate psilocybin and MDMA ceremonies in containers separate from clinical ketamine care.
Five things worth knowing.
Five quick things about integration coaching for ketamine treatment, and what makes this work different from what you may have tried before. These also serve as talking points the MBC staff use when introducing this work during patient screening.
Your own words come back to you, in writing, after every session. After each session I send you an Inner Snapshot: a written reflection in your own words from our conversation, with action items and reflection prompts calibrated to what surfaced. Most therapy and most coaching leaves the session in your head and asks you to remember it. The Snapshot is yours to return to over weeks, months, and years.
Practices that fit your life, not a generic worksheet. Alongside each Snapshot you receive a personalized integration plan, built specifically around what came up for you that week. No off-the-shelf homework. No one-size-fits-all reflection guides. Each plan is calibrated to your specific material, your specific life, your specific phase of treatment.
A steady hand between sessions, not only inside them. Most therapy is bounded by the fifty-minute hour. This work extends across the week. Between sessions you have asynchronous access to the Homecoming platform, a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record built specifically for psychedelic care, where everything we build together lives in one place. A question that arises on a Tuesday afternoon does not have to wait until next week.
Built around your infusion schedule, not a calendar. Most coaching and most therapy is built for the steady-state self. This work is built for the post-treatment window. Sessions anchor to each infusion, one within 24 to 72 hours after and another about two weeks later. The architecture exists to make the most of an opening that closes whether or not anything is done with it.
Delivered personally by someone who has walked the path. Every session is delivered by me personally. Nearly a decade and a half of guiding psychedelic work, thousands of integration sessions held, a Marine combat veteran's own recovery from complex PTSD behind the practice. I have personally received ketamine across my own ceremonial work and have been a patient of MBC myself. You are not working with a chatbot, a coaching mill, or a guide-in-training. You are working with someone fluent in this terrain.
FAQs
-
Integration coaching is the work of turning what surfaces during a ketamine treatment into lasting change in your daily life. We meet by Zoom, talk through what came up, build practices that fit your life, and stay with the work long enough for it to take root. Most people benefit most when coaching happens alongside their treatments rather than as a one-time conversation.
-
Therapy spends most of its time looking back: the chronic patterns, the family of origin, the long history of what brought you here. Integration coaching looks forward: what is surfacing now, what wants to be practiced this week, what the medicine is asking you to build toward. The two complement each other. If you are already in therapy, I can coordinate with your therapist when it makes sense, with your permission.
-
I am the formal integration coaching partner of Mind Body Centers, but I run a separate practice. MBC handles your clinical care: screening, infusions, supervision. I handle the integration work between and after treatments. We coordinate with your consent so your care and your integration work hold the same arc.

We can start whenever. Most clients begin between their first and second infusion or a few weeks into maintenance. A few start before their first infusion to prepare. Cadence flexes with your treatment: more frequent during the initial stabilization phase, then about every other week during maintenance, with sessions anchored around each infusion.
-
A typical session is sixty minutes by Zoom or phone, with your written consent for recording. We begin where you are: what came up in your last infusion, what is alive in the days since, what wants to be practiced before next week. The Inner Snapshot and integration plan follow within a few days.
-
Yes. Many clients begin with a single session at $175 to taste the work before committing to a Seasonal package at $1,000 for six sessions. The Seasonal package is the better value if you know you want to stay with the work across a season, but starting with one is a fine way to begin.
-
You do not need to be. Integration coaching as I practice it is grounded in clinical research, embodied practice, and the discipline of reflection. Many of my clients are skeptics, doctors, engineers, and lifelong agnostics. You bring your own meaning. The work meets you there.

Thirty minutes by Zoom, free, no expectation. We talk about where you are, what brought you to the page, what you are hoping for, and whether what I offer fits. If it does, we talk about the right starting point. If it does not, I will tell you honestly and point you toward what might serve you better.

Psychedelic Guide
Integration Coaching Partner, Mind Body Centers
The work I offer is for individuals 21+. I am a psychedelic guide and an integration coach, not a doctor or licensed therapist. Whether ketamine belongs in your care is a medical question to be answered between you and a qualified physician. This work complements professional care, never replaces it.
